Session Length
Each coaching session is 50-60 minutes long, allowing us ample time to explore your goals, develop strategies, and discuss your progress. Depending on your preference and location, sessions can be in-person or online (Google Meet).

Expectations from Clients
Your active participation is essential for success. During each session, I encourage you to:

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment and Fees
