JingbyGrace is grounded in the ancient concept of Jing — the essence of vitality and inner flow. I believe true health means more than symptom management; it’s about optimizing the quality of life and restoring balance across your body, mind, and spirit.

My mission is to help clients shatter limiting beliefs, replace the "can't" mindset with confident action, and craft a path toward lasting wellness.

My Journey to Become a Health and Wellness Coach

My career began with a strong foundation in pharmacy after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. I worked in hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry for over 13 years, gaining deep insights into health from a clinical perspective. But I saw a bigger picture—one that included preventive care, nutrition, and emotional well-being.

In 1996, I began practicing yoga and meditation. By 2010, I completed my 500-hour YTT certification, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection. A few years later, I followed my passion for nutrition and holistic healing, earning a diploma in Culinary Arts in 2012. That same year, I launched JingbyGrace as a personal chef and nutrition-based service focused on vitality through food.

As my mission grew, so did my path. I graduated from Duke Integrative Health Coach Training and earned national board certification (NBC-HWC) to provide coaching grounded in science, compassion, and personalized care.

Now, I guide others in reclaiming their Jing—the spark that restores purpose, clarity, and energy.
